Differential Display (DD) 法による解析



　網膜除去手術前（０日）、２日後、８日後の色素上皮細胞からRNAを単離して行ったDDの一例。２回別々にサンプルを調製し、同一のゲルに流してパターンを比較した。右側は各部分の拡大図で、300, 700, 750 baseの部分に０日では見られず、２または８日後のみに見られるバンドが存在している。
